The idea
The house is the interface
Each home is drawn once as a plan of rooms. A visit runs through that drawing zone by zone, and the household watches the plan fill in as the work is done.
What it does

Map the home
Draw each home as a simple floor plan, room by room. Drop zones into the rooms, the kitchen island, the reading nook, the primary bath, and give each zone a reference photo of how it should look when it is done.
Write the playbook once
Every zone carries its tasks: what to do, the steps, the supplies, how long it takes and how often. Standard tasks come round every visit; deep-clean and organizing tasks rotate on their own cadence, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is done twice.
Run the visit from a phone
Cleaners open the day's visit and work down the list, zone by zone. Tick a task when it is done, skip one with a reason when it cannot be, and where a task asks for proof, take the after photo right from the checklist.
The household sees it happen
Households watch their floor plan fill in as the visit moves through the house, then get a wrap-up with what was done, what was skipped and why, and the photos.
Requests, priced and agreed
A household can ask for something extra. The business prices it, the household accepts, and it lands on a visit's list. Agreements say what gets done, how often, and what it costs.
Invoices from the agreed prices
Visits become invoices from the prices the household accepted, and the business records the payments it receives. Skipped work is never billed.
One inbox for all three roles
Every change that matters lands in one inbox: a visit moved, a request priced, a wrap-up sent, an invoice issued. It reaches people by push or by email, whichever they have.
Agreements that stay as signed
An agreement is a frozen document: the price, the frequency and every line are kept exactly as the household accepted them, so a later change to the playbook can never rewrite what was signed.
Private by design
Photos are stored privately and location data is removed from them before upload. Gate and alarm notes are shown only to the business and the cleaners assigned to that home.

The house is the interface. Draw a home once, room by room, and the quote, the agreement, the visits, the cleaner's list, the wrap-up and the invoice all fall out of that drawing, so nothing about a home is typed twice.
