This is an informational website about software built by Quobo Labs, LLC. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation, a warranty, a professional opinion or advice of any kind.

Product descriptions on this site are written from the state of each product at the time of writing. Software changes; a page may describe something that has since moved, and a description here is not a commitment to ship, to keep shipping or to keep any feature available. Some products described here are used only inside Quobo Labs, LLC and are not offered to anyone else.

Some of the products described on this site touch regulated or sensitive areas: one keeps books, one tracks injuries for gym members, one sells group trips with deposits, installments and insurance add-ons. Nothing on this website is accounting, tax, legal, medical, fitness, insurance, travel or financial advice, and Quobo Labs, LLC is not an accountant, a medical provider, an insurance agent or a travel agent. Where a product's AI is described, it makes suggestions and files tasks; a person decides.

Reading this site, or writing to us through it, does not create any advisory, agency, contractor, insurance or other professional relationship. Where a product supports work that is licensed or regulated in your state, that work is performed by the business using the product under its own agreements, not by this website.
