Our mission
Quobo Labs, LLC is an independent product studio. We build focused, industry-specific apps, and we keep each one narrow on purpose: the apps don’t try to be everything.
The six products fall into two groups. Cleanly, Forge and Travel are full operating systems for a service trade, with scheduling, pricing, payments and a client-facing portal. Done, Schedule and Finance are AI tools for your day and your books: a life inbox, an interviewer that runs your day, and a double-entry ledger with agents on watch.
Our approach
We prove every product in a real business first. Each one is put to work inside a running operation, with its calendar, its money and its people, and earns its shape there before it is offered to anyone else.
Then we make it ready for yours. Each app learns its trade’s own words and edge cases, like two bathrooms on one floor or a gym that calls itself a studio, and it ships on iPhone and the web from one shared foundation.
