Privacy

This policy covers quobolabs.co, the website you are reading, which describes software made by Quobo Labs, LLC. It does not cover the products described on it. Each product that holds real data publishes its own privacy policy inside the product or its app store listing, and that policy governs what the product collects and how it is handled. A link from this site to a product leads to a separate service under separate terms.

This site has no accounts, no sign-in, no comments, no newsletter, no shopping cart and no advertising. The one place it asks you for anything is the contact form, described below.

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies on this site and do not use third-party trackers on it.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request, including your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. These are used to serve the site, keep it available and investigate abuse or errors. They are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by anything we place in the page.

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company if you give one, the subject you chose and your message. The form delivers that to our mailbox through an email delivery provider, which processes it only to deliver it. We keep the message as long as we need it to answer you and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share what you send.

The form includes a field that people never see and automated scripts tend to fill. A submission that fills it is discarded without being delivered or stored.

Typefaces are served from Google Fonts through our framework's font pipeline, which fetches them at build time and serves them from our own domain, so your browser does not request them from Google while you read.

Our hosting provider processes requests to this site on our behalf, and our email delivery provider carries contact-form submissions to us. Each is bound by its own terms and data-processing obligations.

If you write to hello@quobolabs.co directly, we receive whatever you put in the message and keep it on the same terms as a contact-form submission: as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and never sold, shared or added to a list.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal information we hold about you, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.

To make a request about this website, write to hello@quobolabs.co. To make a request about a product, use the contact route in that product's own privacy policy. The product holds the data and can act on the request; this site cannot.

This site is aimed at businesses and adults, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
