Quobo Labs
Projects
Quobo — “Your Facility, Finally Answerable” — built this lab for one job: devising and deploying its flagship software. The flagship came first; then the shipyard turned out to be good at ships. Today the lab also flies applications of its own, and backs a pair of operating businesses where the investment is the software itself. Three tiers, one manifest. Start anywhere; the tour loops through all eight.
Quobo Flagship
Quobo's own products — the reason the lab exists.
QBO-F01
Your facility, finally answerable: Quobo's flagship platform models the plant itself — structure, dependencies, live readings, operator knowledge — so a grounded AI can propose work to a named human who always makes the call.
QBO-F02
The permanent record of a home, from listing to living: one append-only, consent-governed record of everything that ever happened to a house — read and written by owners, agents, contractors, and insurers, where AI drafts and a human always signs.
Labs Applications
The lab's own ships — built in-house and flown daily.
QBO-A01
A catch-all inbox for your life: capture anything, and Done files it, finds every deadline, and walks you through the few things that actually need you.
QBO-A02
Tech-stock research that shows its work: standing, cited Buy/Hold/Trim/Avoid verdicts, report cards that publish the losers, and a portfolio the server can't read.
QBO-A03
An AI chief of staff that interviews you: you talk, it files what you say into a self-correcting memory that writes your to-dos, plans its own next meetings, and briefs any fresh AI on your world.
QBO-A04
A private AI workspace for special-ed paperwork: every draft is grounded in the student's own record, and nothing is written without the teacher's one-click approval.
Labs Partnerships
Operating businesses the lab invested in by building their software.
QBO-P01
A real events business running on lab-built code: a Louisiana dance-cruise company whose whole back office — bookings, payments, group finance, an AI assistant — is the lab's investment in the business it operates.
QBO-P02
A Lafayette landscape company the lab invested in with code: a homeowner gets an AI-measured price from their own lot in about 90 seconds, while a designer studio, a constraint-solving scheduler, and a customer portal run the rest of the business on one data model.
